Angela Davis is a recent graduate from the University of South Alabama, majoring in Theatre Arts with a minor in English. Angela most recently graced the Theatre USA stage as Madeleine in The Women of Lockerbie and Virginia in last semester’s The Clean House. She has Irene Ryan nominations for her work in Kindertransport (Eva) and The Two Gentlemen of Verona (Silvia). Though she enjoys being on the stage, Angela is also very passionate about her off-stage work and has recently stage managed the musicals Anything Goes and Seussical. In October she will be leaving for Vero Beach, FL to accept a professional internship with Riverside Theatre.
Charles is Chair of Department of Theatre, Professor of Design/Technology/Stage Management at the University of West Florida. He has designed lighting for theatre, musicals theatre, opera, modern dance and ballet, including Scenic Design and Lighting Design for Once on this Island, Antigone, A Christmas Carol, Rashomon,She Loves Me and Kiss Me Kate, Lighting Design for Guys and Dolls, A Piece of My Heart, The Rainmaker, and Indians for The University of West Florida. Recent lighting designs include; Kitty Hawk, Holes and Toby and the Big Top for the Walden Family Playhouse in Denver. Jekyll & Hyde, Proof, A Chorus Line Magic Flute, Annie, She Loves Me, Faust, Cosi Fan Tutte, and Twelfth Night for University of Northern Colorado, Urinetown, Guys and Dolls, Cabaret, Rocky Horror, Grease, Follies and My Fairy Lady for Monterey Peninsula College, Will Rogers Follies for Colorado State University, Nutcracker for Rocky Mountain Dance Theatre in Wyoming. Scenic and Lighting for Cosi Fan Tutte, Lighting Design for La Boheme and The Magic Flute for Pensacola Opera. Charles holds a MFA in Theatre from Temple University and a BA from San Diego State University. Prior to joining UWF, Charles served as head of design and assistant dean at the University of Northern Colorado.
