Apprentice Company:
As part of Pensacola Shakespeare Theatre’s mission to educate the next generation of theatre professionals, each summer an apprentice company of performers and technicians is formed. The Apprentice Company plays a role in every part of PenShakes productions, appearing on stage in roles, understudying our professional company, and working behind the scenes in the scene and costume shops. Housing and a small stipend are provided for the members of the Apprentice Company, who are generally undergraduate students majoring in theatre.
